Mulled Spice tea is a family favourite when combined with winter celebrations, such as Christmas and New Year. The lingering aromas that emanate from Mulled Spice tea have a festive feeling and are sure to bring a smile.
High quality tea tastes good and natural flavours do not mask the natural taste of the high-grown Ceylon tea. (The norm for many making flavoured tea is to use overpowering artificial flavours, which can be used to hide lower quality tea). Natural flavours do not leave an aftertaste, giving the tea a clean and true character. It should be noted that natural flavours tend to be somewhat 'soft ' and the flavours slightly muted, but for many this is a refreshing change and one of the desired attributes of our naturally flavoured teas.
Some people enjoy this tea with a little milk or coconut milk.
Some people like to add a little honey.
For an extra warming cuppa, add a scoop of ginger before brewing.
Also delicious iced.
Iced Tea
Make as for hot, but add extra tea - double the amount of tea per cup is recommended.
When the tea has cooled a little, pour over ice and then serve.
Cold Brew
For a smoother taste experience.
Place the tea in a jug and add cold water.
Leave to infuse for a few hours (or overnight in the fridge)
Strain and enjoy.

Christmas in a cup
Very good seasonal tea. Aromatic, fruity and spicy.

Not a perfect balance but a great festive twist
The moment I broke the seal on the pack I was transported to a world of mulled aroma. I have a pot of this stuff next to me as a type this and the smell is delightful. I personally feel it is held back a little on the drinking however, the flavour feels a little too delicate in comparason to the bold fragrance of the spices. Still a very enjoyable cup but the balance is a little off for me. Will happily drink more of it.
