A perfect alternative for tea lovers who are trying to reduce their caffeine consumption. We use a gentle natural decaffeinating process to retain the delicate flavour and aroma of this high grown Ceylon Tea. So how does that work:
A guide to our decaffeinating process
The tea leaves are moistened with just water and placed under gentle pressure.

Pressurised and heated CO2 is passed through the tea leaves, where it bonds with the caffeine molecules. 

Finally, the now decaffeinated tea leaves are dried and packed. With all the leaves in tact, delicious. 

Hot tea brewing method
Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 teaspoon for each cup into the pot, the more tea the stronger the brew, even on a short steeping time. Pour boiling water into the pot, cover and allow to steep for 3 to 7 minutes, according to taste. Add milk and sugar to taste.
