UK Delivery is normally by Royal Mail First Class

Orders received before 13:30 UK time, Mon - Fri excluding bank holidays will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time, or at the weekend, will be dispatched the next working day.

UK Shipping

We’re continuing our efforts to keep our prices & postage as cheap as we can, and have set a fixed shipping cost for UK orders.

All UK orders at £25.00 and above (excluding VAT*) have free shipping. Anything below that to the UK has a fixed rate of £3.95 per order.

We ship via Royal Mail, 1st Class so most customers receive their order in 1-3 days after dispatch. Please bear in mind this is not strictly a next-day service, although for many will feel like one. We try our best to get your tea to you quickly.

* VAT is zero rated for tea, so will not affect postage costs in the UK. For ancillaries (filters, infusers, spoons, etc), VAT is charged at 20% - this will be removed in calculating the value for postage costs.

This effectively makes the free post at £30.00 on orders entirely made with ancillaries. For a mix of tea and ancillaries, take the full tea cost, and divide the ancillary cost by 1.2 and add the values together.

Outside the UK

We are looking into shipping options after Brexit, but finding that the situation is quite unreliable, and at the same time very expensive. We have limited the countries we ship to for now, and have implemented the following price structure. We are looking to adapt this to include more countries as we learn more.

Please note the weight markers below indicate total package weight, so includes any packaging for the tea, plus the shipping box, void fill, etc. The weight values per item are reflected on the product pages, under the specifications tab.
