Crisp Spearmint with Green Loose Leaf Tea
Brewing: 1 tsp per cup ~ 80°C ~ 3-5 mins

Infusion: Pale yellow-green.
Cup Characteristics: The tea tends light liquoring, fresh and smooth with reasonable depth and body. The mint flavouring makes this a tea good to be drunk hot or cold.
Ingredients: Green gunpowder tea, spearmint and natural crisped mint flavours.
The aromas of green tea and tingling sharp mint compliment each other well. A fabulous all-year-round tea to be drunk hot or cold.

Iced Tea Brewing Method
Make as for hot, but add extra tea - a rule of thumb is to double the amount of tea used per cup. When the tea has cooled a little, pour over ice. It is important to make it a little stronger as the ice will water it down.
Alternatively, you can place the tea in a jug and add cold water. Leave to infuse for a few hours (or overnight in the fridge) strain and enjoy. Cold brewing will give a smoother taste.
