This caffeine-free herbal blend is the perfect mix to keep you relaxed and focused. Herb teas are full of natural ingredients which are very tasty and refreshing. Chamomile is well known for its calming and relaxing properties that can promote good sleep and reduce anxiety but this is just the start of this blend. Chamomile is also used to naturally aid: Bloat, digestion, menstrual cramps, IBS, gastritis and ulcerative colitis. It is also known for its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties. Almost a wonder plant in its own right, but blended with ingredients like fennel, cinnamon and ginger and you have a cuppa that smells great, tastes amazing and does you good.
Hot Tea Brewing Method
Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of Keep Calm Relaxing Blend tea per cup (and add 1 teaspoon for the pot) into the teapot. Pour boiling water into the pot and let it steep for 5-7 minutes (or longer - the longer the steeping time to more intense the flavour becomes). Pour into your cup and drink.
**do not add milk - the milk will curdle due to the ingredients in this blend.
Try brewing the mix for a second time. Some people like to add a little honey.
Iced Tea Brewing Method
Make as for hot, but add extra tea - when the tea has cooled a little pour over ice. It is important to make it a little stronger as the ice will water it down.
Alternatively, you can place the tea in a jug and add cold water. Leave to infuse for a few hours (or overnight in the fridge) strain and enjoy. Cold brewing will give a smoother taste.
