Brewing: 1 tsp per cup ~80°C ~ 3 mins
Country of Origin: China
Grade: Japan Sencha style.
Altitude : about 2500 feet above sea level.
Infusion : Pale yellow-green.
Cup Characteristics: The tea tends light liquoring, fresh and smooth with reasonable depth and body. The lemon flavour and subtle ginger hints give the tea a wonderful exotic character.
Ingredients: Luxury green Sencha tea, lemon peel, lemongrass, natural flavours, ginger pieces.
LEMON AND SENCHA FUSION: The aromas of green tea and tingling fresh lemon complement each other beautifully for a wonderfully fresh and smooth cup, while the ginger accent adds a delicious spicy warmth.
AUTHENTIC HUNAN PROVINCE SENCHA TEA: Made to Japanese specifications in the Hunan province, an area known for its excellent Japanese style teas.
HOT TEA BREWING METHOD: Heat water to 80°C. Place 1 teaspoon of loose tea per cup into your teapot, plus 1 for the pot, pour in the water and steep for 3 minutes. For a more intense flavour, add more tea.
MASTER OF CEREMONIES: Sencha is the revered tea of Japanese tea ceremonies. This ritualised cuppa is designed to embody 'Wabi Sabi': a quiet and sober refinement. Our blend is more experimental but we believe the experience of drinking our sencha lemon and ginger green tea is transformative.

Still my favourite regular brew
The title says it all. This is my regular tea. I drink it most the day. I would describe the flavour of the lemon and ginger as quite subtle and its very refreshing. I drink enough of it that buy 500g at a time
