VAT at the current rate applicable is included in all prices shown.

Exported Items

It is your responsibility to ensure that these products are legal to import into your country, and any import charges arising are your responsibility.

Returns and Cancellations

We operate a no-quibble, 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, or if you wish to exercise your rights of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations, please get in contact with us using phone or email to discuss the matter and/or arrange for a return label.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

We hold none of your financial information. This is held by our payment providers, currently PayPal and Barclays Merchant Services. Credit/Debit card payments are handled by Barclaycard Merchant Services. All of these are handled on the providers secure sites and only the result is passed back to us. The only information we hold is the address to ship to and related items we need to hold to comply with accounting laws. We will not release this information to any third party without a warrant or other legal instrument having been served.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. We will provide this free of charge providing it is delivered by electronic methods. If you wish a printed, posted copy then a small fee will be required to cover P&P. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, or the information is incorrect, please contact us using any of the methods on our 'contact us' page.

If you provide your e-mail address as part of the order then this will only be used to keep you updated on the progress of your order or other things for that specific order. It will not be shared or sold to any third party, and will not be used for marketing purposes by us unless given explicit permission to do so (opt-in) by you. If you have a customer account this information will also not be used for marketing purposes.

We do have a newsletter sign up, this is where you can opt in to receive occasion emails from us about new products and discounts. It is also where you can join the Brew Club. There is an unsubscribe option at the bottom of each email, simply clicking this and confirm will remove all of your information from our marketing list.
