The Greys
Traditionally Earl Grey was a blend of Chinese and Indian teas scented with the oil from the citrus fruit bergamot - a sort of orange. It was made fashionable - and named after - the Prime Minister of England (1830 to 1834) Earl Grey.
A number of variations have also found favour.
